Divine Mercy Says There Are Souls In Hell

“I, Sister Faustina Kowalska, by the order of God, have visited the Abysses of Hell so that I might tell souls about it and testify to its existence…the devils were full of hatred for me, but they had to obey me at the command of God, What I have written is but a pale shadow of the things I saw. But I noticed one thing: That most of the souls there are those who disbelieved that there is a hell.” (Diary 741)
Let us not forget that we are talking here about the Apostle of Divine Mercy herself. In other words, Saint Faustina was chosen by God to be the herald of what Mercy means. And if you have read her diary you will see that there is PLENTY OF MERCY to be had. No one therefore can accuse Sr. Faustina of being all fire and brimstone. The fact that she testifies to the fact of the damnation of souls as a fact should silence all objectors.
Fatima and the Divine Mercy – both supernatural events with the Church’s approval and strong endorsement – should silence all the Hopey Dopey propagandists. While these remain private revelations, and are not technically required for belief, only a fool would speak against them. Liberals usually like to bring up the old “these are not binding” card. But have you ever noticed that they have no approved apparitions to support their theses? In fact, they don’t have much of anything except stale theologians and their opinions from the last century. That, my friends, is all you really need to know about the strength of the Hopey Dopey position.
