Four priests of the SSPX, Albano are defying the Vatican Curia's interpretation of the Council

So we have SSPX priests who accept Vatican Council II as a historical reality, as does Econe, and who interpret Vatican Council II (LG 16, LG 8) as not being exceptions to AG 7 of Vatican Council II.

The Society of St.Pius X(Albano) (Fraternità Sacerdotale San Pio X )priests to whom I have spoken to  have accepted an interpretation of Vatican Council II text - but it is not the interpretation of Archbishops Muller and Di Noia of the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith(CDF) and Ecclesia Dei.
The Italian SSPX priests agree that invincible ignorance (LG 16) and being saved in imperfect communion with the Church(UR 3) are not known exceptions in 2013 to all needing faith and baptism for salvation(AG 7).
Archbishop Gerhard Muller in an interview with the National Catholic Register (NCR)  said that only those who know (LG 14) need to enter the Church and so this has changed the old interpretation of the dogma. Not every one needs to enter the Church in the present times but only those who know!? This is a new doctrine. The CDF President is implying that LG 14 refers to persons who are known exceptions in 2013.

Similarly in another interview with the National Catholic Register's Edward Pentin, Archbishop Augustine Di Noia, at that time the Vice President of Ecclesia Dei,CDF said that LG 8 , being saved with 'many elements of sanctification and truth', found outside the visibile limits of the Church, was a known exception to the traditional interpretation of the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus. So for him LG 8 would also contradict AG 7.AG 7 would also contradict itself.
On the other hand Fr.Gabriel of the SSPX,Albano, who offered Mass at the SSPX chapel in Rome last Sunday,  said that there are no known exceptions to the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus.
It is the same Vatican Council II but we have two different interpretations from two groups of Catholic religious.

For Archbishops Muller and Di Noia Vatican Council II refer to known exceptions to the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus (LG 14,LG 8).For Fr.Aldo Rossi, Prior, SSPX, Albano there are no known exceptions. There can be no known exceptions for him! It is impossible. It is something very evident for Fr.Rossi.

The difference between the two interpretations is the difference between Cushingism and Feeneyism. With Cushingism parts of the Council are ambigous and parts are traditional. With Feeneyism there is no ambiguity.

So we have SSPX priests who accept Vatican Council II as a historical reality, as does Econe, and who interpret Vatican Council II (LG 16, LG 8) as not being exceptions to AG 7 of Vatican Council II. Neither would AG 7 and LG 14 contradict itself for them, since there can be no known exceptions to the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus in the present times.
