Mons.Guido Pozzo also approved the heretical paper of the ITC

Mons. Guido Pozzo at Ecclesia Dei (1) had also approved the International Theological Commission (ITC) paper 'The Hope of Salvation for Infants who die without being baptized' which is a negation of the  Nicene and Athanasius  Creed.(2)

So he was not able to help the Society of St.Pius X (SSPX) see that Vatican Council II was traditional on the issue of other religions. Since the SSPX was unaware of this doctrinal error, they would not correct the priests Fr.Luiz Ladaria  S.J and Fr. Charles Morerod O.P during the Vatican-SSPX secret doctrinal talks.

The Vatican and SSPX sides during the doctrinal talks were using a false premise in the interpretation of Vatican Council II. The Vatican side accepted the conclusion with the false premise, a liberal interpretation of the Council which was a break with Tradition. The SSPX theologians who were also using the same  false premise, rejected the conclusion. They did not know and Guido Pozzo did not tell them that without the false premise Vatican Council II was in agreement with the dogma on exclusive salvation in the Catholic Church and the Syllabus of Errors.

The Vatican and SSPX teams were negating the Nicene Creed with their 'I believe in three known baptisms for the forgiveness of sin; water, desire and blood'.This was also the interpretation of Guido Pozzo.(3)

The stacks were loaded against any agreement being reached.Since all sides were using a false premise in the interpretation of Vatican Council II and the Letter of the Holy Office 1949 and were unaware of it.

Even today this is also the heretical thinking of Archbishop Augustine Di Noia, Vice President of the Ecclesia Dei who believes Lumen Gentium 8 (elements  of sanctification and grace) are known exceptions to extra ecclesiam nulla salus (See the last National Catholic Register interview interview )

Meanwhile the SSPX (District USA) will not answer two questions which will expose all this irrationality. They also do not see the link between the SSPX doctrinal error and first class heresy.
Mons Guido Pozzo  who, Like Cardinal Luiz Ladaria S.J,(4) also approved the heretical paper of the ITC ,with the 'Imprimatur' of Pope Benedict XVI, did not know that
there are no known exceptions  mentioned in the Letter of the Holy Office 1949, Vatican Council II and the Catechism of the Catholic Church, to extra ecclesiam nulla salus.
These magisterial texts do not contradict the literal interpretation of Fr.Leonard Feeney. There can be implicit to us baptism of desire and being saved in invincible invincible ignorance along with the explicit need for all with no except needing to convert into the Catholic Church. It does not contradict the Principle of Non Contradiction.

In 1987 he became a member of the staff of the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith and thus became well known to the Congregation's then Prefect, Joseph Cardinal Ratzinger, who later became Pope Benedict XVI. Pozzo was appointed Prelate of Honour of His Holiness on 21 November 2004. A distinguished theologian, Pozzo is also a professor at the Lateran University and Adjunct Secretary of the International Theological Commission. Pope Benedict XVI named him secretary of the Pontifical Commission Ecclesia Dei on 8 July 2009, the day of publication of the motu proprio Ecclesiae unitatem, by which the Pope linked the Commission closely to the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith, making the Congregation's Prefect also President of the Commission.[2]
Monsignor Pozzo headed the talks that, beginning on 26 October 2009, theologians of the Holy See held with representatives of the Society of St. Pius X in the hope of resolving the doctrinal differences between them.[3][4]
On 3 November 2012 Msgr. Pozzo was appointed Almoner of His Holiness and at the same time Titular Archbishop of Bagnoregio.[5] He was consecrated on 17 November by the Cardinal Secretary of State, Tarcisio Cardinal Bertone, assisted by Archbishop Gerhard Ludwig Muller (Prefect of the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith) and Giampaolo Crepaldi.[6]
On Tuesday, April 30, 2013, he was named a Consultor to the Congregation of the Doctrine of the Faith (CDF)-Wikipedia
