Jesuits in first class heresy

Jesuits are in first class in heresy. In the Nicene Creed for them the heresy is 'I believe in three known baptisms for the forgiveness of sins and not one known baptism that of water'.

While in the Athanasius Creed for them it is 'outside the Church there is known salvation'.

Cardinal Luiz Ladarian S.J, the present Secretary of the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith( CDF),Vatican expresses this heretical view.He was the Secretary General of the ITC and at that time a Professor of Theology at the Pontifical Gregorian University, Rome. This same heresy has been expressed by many Jesuits in different forums.

Here is a passage from Christianity and the World Religions 1997 posted on the website of the International Theological Commission, Vatican.

66. In his encyclical Mystici Corporis, Pius XII addresses the question, How are those who attain salvation outside visible communion with the Church related to her? He says that they are oriented to the mystical body of Christ by a yearning and desire of which they are not aware (DS 3821). The opposition of the American Jesuit Leonard Feeney, who insisted on the exclusivist interpretation of the expression extra ecclesiam nulla solus,(sic) afforded the occasion for the letter of the Holy Office, dated 8 August ,1949, to the archbishop of Boston, which rejected Feeney s interpretation and clarified the teaching of Pius XII. The letter distinguishes between the necessity of belonging to the Church for salvation (necessitas praecepti) and the necessity of the indispensable means of salvation (intrinseca necessitas); in relationship to the latter, the Church is a general help for salvation (DS 3867—69). In the case of invincible ignorance the implicit desire of belonging to the Church suffices; this desire will always be present when a man aspires to conform his will to that of God (DS 3870). But faith, in the sense of Hebrews 11:6, and love are always necessary with intrinsic necessity (DS 3872). (emphasis added)

Cardinal Luiz Ladaria is saying that the baptism of water is not the only known way of salvation, as held by Fr.Leonard Feeney but so is being saved with an implicit desire or invincible ignorance. This is also a known way of salvation. He means we can personally know these  cases, they are physically visible to us or we can name these persons in 2013. Since it is a known way of salvation it contradicts the exclusivist interpretation of Fr.Leonard Feeney .So for him every one does not have to convert into the Church for salvation. There are known exceptions.

In the Nicene Creed we pray ' I believe in one baptism for the forgiveness of sin' we do not know of any other baptism which can be administered or which can be known to us personally. We cannot name any such case.

The Jesuit Secretary of the CDF says implicit desire is known to us in the present times so is being saved in invincible ignorance. So for him , the Profession of Faith, was ' I believe in not one(known) baptism for the forgiveness of sin  but three'.

The baptism of desire and being saved in invincible ignorance are known only to God. So traditionally they were considered irrelevant to the literal interpretation of the dogma on exclusive salvation. It was  Cardinal Richard Cushing the Archbishop of Boston and the Jesuits there who made it  made it  an issue in their opposition to Fr.Leonard Feeney, who was expelled from the Jesuit community.

They were denying an ex cathedra dogma which is a mortal sin and implying there was a change in the Nicene and Athanasius Creed. This is repeated on the ITC website.

Here it is again on the International Theological Commission's  'The Hope of Salvation for Infants who die without being baptized'  2007

58. In the face of new problems and situations and of an exclusive interpretation of the adage: “salus (sic) extra ecclesiam non est”,[88] the magisterium, in recent times, has articulated a more nuanced understanding as to the manner in which a saving relationship with the Church can be realized. The Allocution of Pope Pius IX, Singulari Quadam (1854) clearly states the issues involved: “It must, of course, be held as a matter of faith that outside the apostolic Roman Church no one can be saved, that the Church is the only ark of salvation, and that whoever does not enter it, will perish in the flood. On the other hand, it must likewise be held as certain that those who live in ignorance of the true religion, if such ignorance be invincible, are not subject to any guilt in this matter before the eyes of the Lord”.[89]

Again the Jesuit Secretary General of the ITC Fr.Luiz Ladaria S.J assumes those saved in invincible ignorance are exceptions  to 'whoever does not enter it , will perish in the flood'. He is implying that these cases are known to us, he could name them and so ' outside the Church there is known exception'  and  he believes ' in three or more baptisms for the forgiveness of sins'.

To change or deny the Nicene Creed is a first class heresy. It is a mortal sin.

Pope Pius IX in the text quoted above has not stated that these cases are known to us or are exceptions to the literal interpretation of extra ecclesiam nulla salus. This is all implied wrongly.
59. The Letter of the Holy Office to the Archbishop of Boston (1949) offers further specifications. “To gain eternal salvation, it is not always required that a person be incorporated in reality (reapse) as a member of the Church,...
Lionel:
Yes in principle. This is a possibility known only to God. For us these are hypothetical cases. They are not known exceptions to  the Creed or the dogma on salvation.

... but it is necessary that one belong to it at least in desire and longing (voto et desiderio). It is not always necessary that this desire be explicit as it is with catechumens. When one is invincibly ignorant, God also accepts an implicit desire, so called because it is contained in the good disposition of soul by which a person wants his or her will to be conformed to God’s will”.[90]-and'The Hope of Salvation for Infants who die without being baptized'  2007 (1)

The Magisterium has made a mistake and the mistake is a first class heresy. It has been approved by Pope Benedict XVI and the Prefects of the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith.

This same heresy is part of the Jesuit's rejection of the teachings of  St.Ignatius of Loyola when they conduct the Ignatian Spiritual Exercises. They assume there are known exceptions to exclusive salvation in the Catholic Church and that there are known exceptions to mortal sin.

* PRELIMINARY NOTE: The theme “The Hope of Salvation for Infants who Die Without Being Baptized” was placed under the study of the International Theological Commission. In order to prepare for this study, a Committee was formed comprised by Most Rev. Ignazio Sanna, Most Rev. Basil Kyu-Man Cho, Rev. Peter Damien Akpunonu, Rev. Adelbert Denaux, Rev. Gilles Emery, OP, Msgr. Ricardo Ferrara, Msgr. István Ivancsó, Msgr. Paul McPartlan, Rev. Dominic Veliath, SDB (President of the Committee), and Sr. Sarah Butler, MSTB. The Committee also received the collaboration of Rev. Luis Ladaria, SJ, the Secretary General of the International Theological Commission, and Msgr. Guido Pozzo, the Assistant to the ITC, as well as other members of the Commission. The general discussion on the theme took place during the plenary sessions of the ITC, held in Rome. The implementation of VII teaches that for all intent that "No Salvation outside the Catholic Church" means that there is no salvation outside the Church if a person believes that to be the case. If a person does not believe in NSOCC then they are assumed to be seeking God with a sincere heart so it follows that Catholics are no longer obligated to convert them or any non Catholics to the one true Faith.
We just need to be nice to them and then and only then and if and only if they ask us about becoming a Catholic that we might be encouraged to tell them about our Faith but and most importantly we should be extremely sheepish about obligations , commandments, Blessed Mother and anything else less we offend anyone. It is no wonder under this formula that Catholicism has become a remnant.
