France's Interior Minister Manuel Valls told a conference that the French socialist government will monitor certain groups for "religious pathology," including a traditionalist Catholic organization, and will shut them down if it is discovered.(1)
Valls said that 'the government would be monitoring violence' among religious groups 'including Civitas, an organization of lay Catholics which is associated with the Society of Saint Pius X.'
He said that 'Civitas is observed because its political protests flirt with “the limits of legality … All excesses are being minutely registered in case we have to consider dissolving it and defending this before a judge.” '
Civitas is ' a political movement inspired by natural law and the social doctrine of the Church … engaged in the establishment of the social Kingship of Christ' throughout the world, and in France in particular. It demonstrates against secularism and policies which denigrate Christianity, according to Reuters, a leftist news agency.
Reuters in other reports, especially by their Religious News Editor, (2) assumes that Vatican Council II has changed the teachings of the Catholic Church on other religions since he assumes that references to those saved implicitly are explicit i.e we can see cases in 2012 who are dead and now saved in invincible ignorance or a good conscience (LG 16). We can allegedly meet people on the streets, according to Reuters propaganda on Vatican Council II , who are dead and saved with the seeds of the word, implicit desire,imperfect communion with the church etc.
Without the Reuters error of being able to see the dead on earth, Vatican Council II affirms the literal interpretation of the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus.Dignitatis Humanae (DH) of Vatican Council II supports the Social Reign of Jesus Christ, as opposed to the secular concept from Rousseau etc.
DH recognizes the religious freedom and rights of non Catholics in a society with a secular Constitution. Even Catholic traditionalists accept this and do not oppose non Catholics legally or physically.
DH also endorses the moral necessity of proclaiming the Catholic Faith outside of which there is no salvation (AG 7).
Vatican Council II does not say that implicit salvation is explicit and an exception to extra ecclesiam nulla salus salus and the Syllabus of Errors.For discerning Catholics Vatican Council II is a traditional Council irrespective of the ignorance of Reuters and the SSPX on this isuse.
So when President Francois Hollande's creates the “National Observatory of Secularism” to direct legal hate at Catholics, he would also have to monitor those who affirm Vatican Council II in agreement with extra ecclesiam nulla salus, the Syllabus of Errors and the Social Kingship of Our Lord Jesus Christ.
The leftist media and organisations oppose Vatican Council II presently, since they assume implicit salvation is explicit.Soon this image in the bubble could burst.(3)
For Catholics God and not man, must be the center of all political legislation.All laws must conform to the teachings of the only Church Jesus founded outside of which there is no salvation.This is opposed by the secular philosophies of leftist and communist governments.
