Paulist Fathers in Rome meet Archbishop Gerhard Muller's standard of an heretical interpretation of Vatican Council II

For the Paulist Fathers (founded by Isaac Hecker) at the Church of Santa Suzanna,Rome, there is a visible baptism of desire. These cases for them are known personally and so they criticize the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus.Since these cases of implicit salvation are explicit for the Paulist Fathers,Vatican Council II (LG 16 etc) is a break with the past. Vatican Council II rejects the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus it was said by the Rector of Santa Suzanna in homily a few years back.Fr.Gregory Apparcel said that after Vatcian Council II the church no more teaches the dogma on exclusive salvation.
Father Paul Robichaud, Father Greg Apparcel, and Ms Rosanna Shedid

Archbishop Gerhard Muller referred to the  liberals also interpreting the Council heretically.

For the Paulist Fathers the Council is a rupture with the past because of explicit implicit salvation.

For the Americans who attend Holy Mass at Santa Suzanna and who work at the U.N World Health Organisation, Rome, the Church's teachings are not welcome.Similarly for the faculty and seminarians of the North American College, the Catholic seminary, in Rome, Vatican Council II is a rupture with tradition.

Those who do not consider Vatican Council II as a rupture with Tradition, are not welcomed at the Church.-Lionel Andrades
