BOSTON ARCHDIOCESE WEBSITE SAYS NOSTRA AETATE DISMISSES CHURCH INTEREST IN BAPTIZING JEWS AND AFFIRMS GOD’S COVENANT WITH THEM : NOWHERE DOES VATICAN COUNCIL II MAKE THIS CLAIM

PRO ABORTION SIDIC WHICH HAD TO LEAVE THE GREGORIAN UNIVERSITY REVIVED

The Archdiocese of Boston on its website has posted a report which states  Nostra Aetate, Section Four 'reaffirms the eternal covenant between God and the people of Israel', and 'dismisses church interest in trying to baptize Jews’. The website's Ecumenical and Interreligious Affiars section  has also posted the text of Nostra Aetate in which Section Four does NOT reaffirm the eternal covenant between God and the people of Israel and does not ‘dismiss church interest in trying to baptize Jews’. Instead Nostra Aetate mentions the Catholic Church as the ‘true and new people of God’.

The report ‘Nostra Aetate : What is it?’ says Vatican Council II ‘ made historic changes to church policies and theology’ and Nostra Aetate ‘revolutionized the Catholic Church's approach to Jews and Judaism’. Yet nowhere does Nostra Aetate contradict Ad Gentes 7 or Lumen Gentium 14 which indicates all, including Jews, need to convert into the Catholic Church to avoid eternal death. Vatican Council II (LG 14, AG 7) affirms the Letter of the Holy Office 1949 to the Archbishop of Boston Cardinal Richard Cushing which mentions ‘the dogma, the ‘infallible statement’. The dogma clearly says all Jews need to convert for salvation. ( Cantate Domino, Council of Florence 1441).This was also the teaching of Fr. Leonard Feeney who was persecuted and insulted by the Jews in Boston because of his traditional Catholic faith.

The Boston Catholic Archdiocese website features SIDIC, a leftist pro abortion organisation, who were asked to leave the Pontifical Gregorian University Rome.
